CKV has its own hollow blocks and red brick manufacturing unit in the outskirts of Bangalore. This was our initial acquisition to make all our projects agile and never fall short of resources. Since we control the operations of the manufacturing units we make sure that our clients get premium materials at affordable prices.
CKV has been successful in getting a dealership for TMT steel supply in 2018 for all our projects. With this acquisition, we have been able to provide the Steel materials at wholesale prices and this helped us to constantly track the usage of materials and never fall short of raw materials at work.
To assure the quality of materials we use, we made our third acquisition in 2020 as a distributor for hardware materials. This has helped us procure materials at a wholesale price and a faster supply of materials. This has also helped us to keep the project going without any blockage.
